The completed 4-bedroom Show Villa is your most powerful sales tool. Nothing closes faster than standing in the finished product. If the buyer is not in Bali, conduct a live video call walkthrough. If they are in Bali, there is no excuse not to book a visit.
Once the buyer has seen the Show Villa and is genuinely interested, arrange a private call with the founders. This is not a sales call — it is a vetting interview. The buyer needs to hear the story, the passion, and the vision directly. The founders will also assess whether the buyer is the right fit for the community. This step creates the feeling of exclusivity that no brochure can replicate.
The founders introduction is arranged through the sales team. Contact the Global Base team to request a call slot once the buyer has confirmed genuine interest. Do not arrange this call for unqualified leads — the founders' time is reserved for serious buyers who have already seen the Show Villa or completed a video tour.
After the founders call, the buyer is ready to decide. Send the Reservation Agreement, confirm the preferred villa, and introduce the buyer to the recommended notary. The $20,000 deposit is refundable and is applied to the purchase price — it is not a commitment to complete, it is a commitment to hold.
